No race has nothing to do with it. Confidence and ability have everything to do with it. There is a possibility that people of a certain race would have more confidence in a certain area, and therefore would perform better and more efficiently because they dont second guess themselves, but that could also be true of how someone was raised etc.

races can be related to upbringing.
Upbringing can affect the performance at a job, but not a race.

definitely.... in every aspect of a job, at least one from a particular race would do better than others....

yes some native americans are more adept at high rise bldgs but its due to their heritage not race.
