Given the fact that in 1973 Israel was the only country ever to consider using Nuclear weapons on a another country other then the exception for its ally America who has done so, According to leaked documents that were assesed by israelie researcher Ronen Bergman in 1973 then Zionist regime defense minister Moshe Dayan ordered the commander of the Israeli army to prepare a ballistic missile capable of carrying a nuclear warhead to destroy the Syrian capital Damascus. I wouldnt be surprised if Israel was the first country in the new melinium to use a nuclear warhead .

No, not in the Middle East. Israel might if a combined Arab force was rolling in on Tel Aviv, Jerusalem had already fallen, and there was a full route of all Israeli forces in progress with the citizens and the military pushed all the way to the Med. I have hears of an Operation Samson, or Samson protocol which basically is Israel's dooms day plan. They will hit all major Arab cities with nuclear weapons before the fall. Don't know if the is bluff and propaganda, or is that is like the old USSR Launch on Warning protocol.

The US will not use Nuclear Weapons unless there is a direct threat to our cities from Nuclear forces. The cold war is over so the protocols are shifted to strict self-defense. Having said that, however, I have seen reports that Cheney liked the idea of using tactical nukes against ground bunkers housing parts of Iran's Nuclear program. Not sure if those reports were bluff, propaganda, or wishful thinking. I am also not to sure how effective such weapons would be. They are really not designed for that.

USA did use tiny nuclear weapons in the 1st Gulf War, see reports about the Gulf War Syndromes. Israel may not use it in the M.E, because it will also kill some Jews in the area.

I hope so. But if someone was to do it, it would be Israel in response to an attack from Iran. I doubt they would use it first. But I am sure it is only a matter of time.

Sometimes you have to make a point. Even if collateral damage will be high. People need to know there is a limit to how far we can be pushed.

i think it won't be necessary.
And it may not be the an effective way to get rid of the Hizbollah.

How this war can come to an end is beyond the capacity of the greatest leaders of the earth with the greatest amount of money and military power behind them.

But they cannot save the innocent people of Israel and Lebanon dying.

We failed to learn anything from WWII

Will they use bombs with devastating effects like Hiroshima? I don't think so, or at least not for awhile. Will they use depleted uranium ammunition? Probably if they haven't already.
