My thoughts come to me. First is like an energy i feel on and in my body. Then it transforms into some kind of music, very very silent, and the music, step by step becomes words,my brain filter them through the grammar and ethic section, and that's it.

Whatever you do, there is a running commentary going on in your mind. 'Oh, it is nice' or 'Awful', 'Fantastic' and so on. Your reactions to what happens around depend on what you tell yourself. What you tell yourself (or, 'Internal Verbalisation') depends on a whole lot of things like your family, upbringing, environment, peer group, education, religion etc. So, what you tell yourself comes spontaneously to you. Most of us believe that the way we react is The Right Way!

But, the language you use while talking to yourself can be changed. With constant effort, practice, if you manage to change the language of this self-talk, you can change the way you react to events, circumstances. That will make you a winner or a loser.

So, everyone has a constant inner voice. Most of the times we silence it or dont listen to it. Thoughts are the products of this inner voice. Change the language of your inner voice, you change your life.

Good question. I hear things like songs, sometimes my own thoughts, (Every once in a while something unbidden pops in there), and ya, they're in there. Sometimes its the other way around though, I suppose, where I get an Idea without my brain going through the steps.

*shrug* Maybe I'm crazy. But if so, helped make me the one everyone comes to for answers!
