you comprehend you need to easily have a thyroid concern in keeping with those indications. get that appeared at at present. it is going to reason rigidity, like some thing is caught on your throat, sweaty hands, tiredness, hair loss, depressed thoughts, hyperventilating, weight income/loss, you call it.. for something to be clinically determined, like a bi-polar disease, you need to have very "highs" and extremely "lows" in temper swings each 4-6mos or so. I propose it incredibly is totally particular. and that i do no longer comprehend, everyone right here won't comprehend the two. So circulate appeared at via a dr, and don't sense embarrassed approximately this. You circulate to an ob/gyn, real? and teach a stranger each little thing. it incredibly is gonna be much less embarrassing than that, I promise! I relatively have a thyroid concern, you're taking a pill regularly occurring, and it normalizes each little thing, distinctive women folk have it, and stay fortunately ever after...

My mum and my grandma both tried to teach me to cook, but I never picked it up, I was terrible, so they gave it up as a lost cause.

I left home to live in my flat, and realised I had to learn somehow, as the expense of living on take-aways was too much!!!

So... I taught myself, with the help of a few cook books. I've made up loads of my own recipies that everyone loves, and who knew it!! They thought I was useless, and now my sister says my cooking is right up there on a standard with my mum's!!!

Never give up, if nobody else can teach you - TEACH YOURSELF!!

I love cooking now, and my kitchen is my little sanctuary!
