Try the rows of shops at Chinatown, the site where the chinese new year stalls usually are. If you can't find what you want, there is quite a variety of push carts from Citylink all the way to Suntec, near Eng Wah Cinema. Along that stretch, there are frequently some push carts that sells them too.
