well, one time my friend was crying and i asked why. She showed me her hands and i saw little bumps on it. It turned out that those were warts. Is there something I can tell her to do about them? her feelings were really hurt and i really want to help her out with these.

Either take her to a dermatologist, or go get a wart remover from the store. Dr. Scholl's makes one that's supposed to be easy to do at home.
Why aren't her parents helping her out with this?

If she's crying about it now, then how about before... lol unless it just turned out that morning, poor thing...

There are such thing as wart removers you can get at Rite Aid, Walgreens, and any other drug stores. It's pretty safe if you follow the instructions and usually gets off the warts in a day or so. It's like little stickers you stick on the wart, and it'd remove it. I know, pretty interesting. Help you best friend try it =]
