my friend always wears sandals but she has fungus (yuk) they are yellow and flaky!!!!!

I wouldn't come out and say " you are nasty" but it would be a good idea for you to school her on how gross it is, and contageous. Get a little information on foot fungus then maybe you can offer some help...that'll help her bruised ego :)

I wouldn't tell her that she is nasty but I would tell her in a nice way that I was concerned about her feet and suggest going to the drug store together to get something that might help her feet look better.

so what? it is better for her to wear sandals her feet can breath easier. Sock and shoes will only make her funus worse. tell her to put aloe vera on her feet and allow them to heal.
