If this is a question because you are experiencing symptoms, get to a doctor ASAP. There can be serious complications from a miscarriage if left unchecked. If there is left over tissue in the that utereus that the body can't expel it could cause problems like PID (Pelvic Inflamitory Disease) or something else. The doctor can check you out and they can perform a DNC procedure where they will scrape out the utereus to insure it is cleaned completely. There will be some pain and discomfort and bleeding after but it is safe. It will also make sure you don't become infertile. My wife lost a baby 4 months in due to a car accident and she had to go through this, but is fine now. Please be careful and good luck!

Just 1 to 2 hours, a day surgery. My wife did the miscarrige process in the morning and discharge the same everning. Mentally, she hurt more than her physical as she felt like lossing a life even though her gynaecology told her that it's already dead inside her.

There is no "miscarriage process" are you sure you're not just having a normal period when you thought you were pregnant?
