Two reasons jump to mind...
Gore and Kerry! How could he lose against a Uni-bomber wanna-be and an admitted War Criminal that wants to be Commander-In -Chief?
The only truly terrible president in the last 50 years was Carter!

The 2000 election was a complete sham. It was a sign of things to come. The integrity of our electoral process was truly undermined with all of the problems there were in the voting process and then the counting of the votes. Bush and Cheney and the Reps were so hell bent on getting Bush to be president that they had the Supreme Court announce him the winner. He wasn't voted in.

Then in 2004, if you recall, the Bush Admin were a little more cocky and sure that Bush would be re-elected. They fixed the election. Remember, the Secretary of State of Ohio, promised George Bush that he would deliver Ohio to him? Of course, they used those Diebold electronic voting machines and they made sure that the machines didn't have a paper trail. Do you wonder why they wouldn't want to have a paper trail for something as important as the presidential election? Wouldn't having one be another safegard to maintain the integrity of the election? Of course, that's why the Reps didn't want it. Other voting systems had problems too, and wouldn't you know it, when they did have problems, they somehow registered votes favorably for George W. Bush.

In both elections, the other person should have won without a doubt, but funny how both elections had questionable circumstances and also both times, Bush claims he won.

And think of everything that has happened since. 9/11, Iraq, WMDs, Katrina, $3 gas, Middle East, and so on. Each issue questionable on almost every aspect. There is no truth coming out of the White House.

The will of the people, and the majority of the votes went to Al Gore in 2000.

Butterfly Ballots....
Voter Rolls purged of Innocent people, instead of fellons. 95% incarate list might i add.

Katherine Harris. and Jeb Bush guarenteeing a state.

and the Supreme Court stopping the recounting of votes........

In 2004,

again in Ohio, the head of the Bush Campaign also was the state elections vote counter.

there was the use of voting machines that did not provide a paper reciet for manuel recount.

and there were the incidents where the Republican operatives contested about 3 million votes in the last election.

Only under a real investigation can the truth be brought to light....the american presidency has been stolen twice.

there is no defendable reason to use machines that do not produce a paper reciept or hand countable reciept ........yet they were used.

I would like to think the democrats were smart enough to lose the election and let Bush "reap what he had sowed" during his first term. Sorry, Democrats Kerry just ran a terrible campaign. More then anything else I think most of blame falls on those that don’t vote. It is a freedom and right that too many take for granted.

In my very own opinion we did no longer vote him. I ought to arguments for this, yet remember one in all them isn't genuine is theory... a million. The Electoral college voted him in and definite, they each and every from time to time circulate against what the accepted public needs even nevertheless they at the instant are not think to. 2.contained in the state of Florida they looked as though it could have a ton of problems with the elections. Now we could think of approximately this, Pres. Bush has a relative this is a governor in Florida. Hmmm, George wasn't triumphing... unexpectedly there have been an excellent sort of problems with ballots and such in Florida and there replaced right into a recount. One has to ask your self.... If my memory serves me... there have been problems with ppl being became away simply by "errors" in different states too, yet once you verify out who those states tended to assist....you do the maths, oh and for those ppl whose constitutional rights have been revoked for an afternoon, an excellent sort of them not at all have been given vote contained in the final election. even nevertheless, in case you circulate back to my first argument, it won't have mattered besides, you be the choose....

Read "Worse Then Watergate" by John Dean. He was a presidential adviser to Nixon and he compares the Bush presidency to Nixon, giving some other bits of interesting information along the way.

The blood bath in Middle-East will continue to rage out of control. George has more blood on his hands than our military men and women he sent in to fight his battles. There are idiots all around us. Some of which have been given control of others lives when they cannot even control their own. How remarkably brilliant of the people we elected to empower our country. I now see how abusive they have been with the authority we entrusted to them and can ask with 100% certainty and disgust, when did the powers that be stop being human beings and become this poor representation of the same American People who elected them.

Mr. George Bush has deceived and cheated his own countrymen, by showing them a fake and imaginary threat of terrorism and got the mandate twice. He himself has conducted the 9/11 Crime, under the so called brand of terrorist Usama Bin Laden. In fact he himself, Mr Blair and Mr. Olmert are the conspirators and criminals of 9 / 11

You are wrong on several of your main points, but the principle reason he was elected was that he was a better choice than his opponent in both elections.

He was a very successful and popular governor in Texas. I have met the man and he is intelligent, articulate and very pleasant to talk with.
