Never heard about it but if I had to pick a city I would say a city on the outskirts of Arkansas cause that place is wierd. Who do you know that lives there? Do you ever meet anyone from there? And if you did, AIN'T THEY CRAZY????

The mad people should all be locked away.
Then the sane people can spend their time either in confessionals feeling guilty or at their psychiatrist's office describing their general frustrations.
