Lets see... just a bit of spotting, nausea, increased urination, changes in emotional states...
Sounds like pregnancy. It COULD be the medications you're taking, true, but just to be sure go ahead and get a home pregnancy test to make sure.
I'd agree with the Vertigo answers, and that could be right if it weren't for the increased need to "go" and the emotional upheaval. Perhaps those are symptoms of something entirely separate.
In any case, rule out or confirm pregnancy right away.

Sounds like vertigo. Its a condition of the inner ear that makes you feel like the world is spinning. Causes horrible nausea. Could also be an electrolyte abnormality. Best to consult a physician, especially if it doesnt resolve by the morning.
Try upping your water intake and getting some rest.

There is a possibility you could be pregnant. If you use oral contraceptives and use antibiotics the ability forr the pill to function corectly is decreased and then you have the chance of becoming pregnant when you have unprotected sex. at this point even with the spotting I would reccomend an appointment with your OB/GYN. Abstain from all alcohol consumption. Hope that helps. reaper out...............

Due to stress and the medicines u took, u'r system might be upset. So, to rule out pregnancy/ to confirm it, it is better to wait for 2-3 days and do the home preg test.
Spotting during pregnancy is possible. But, nausea during periods is also common. All the best.

You should go to your doctor as soon as possible. It could be diabetes or any number of other diseases or illnesses. It's better to be safe than sorry!
Best wishes for a speedy recovery! :)

During all of my periods I get the fainting spells, since I started! No one knows why or what to do about it! But if this is all new to you, it could also be pregnancy or enemia.
