I've had the same problem and so many more. I found a way out, the only way you can overcome your fears is to face them. So don't shy away from calling people. I know it's easy said than done but trust me buddy it'll work out eventually. Good luck!

It is common,because Itş harder to communicate when you can¸t see other peoples body language and you fear there might me a misunderstanding.I had this fear,but I overcame it by confronting it,that is calling people.Itş the only way.

If you mean on the phone, it may be a fear of rejection, because they are never home for your call, or are always busy.

I have the same fear. I look forward to all serious answers. The fear is so frustrating and debilitating at times.
