That's the location of ; liver / ascending colon / gall blabber/ intercostal muscles / lower lung / etc.
If you want an idea of what might be causing it, will need more information.
If you want sympathy, I've got a buggered left shoulder / neck. It sucks feeling uncomfortable and feeling pain and feeling down, but that's life, go to the doctor to make sure it is nothing to worry about then just get on with life in spite of the pain. like my shoulder, foot, hip, back, eyes, jaw, knees, wrist etc. they all hurt and ache at some time during the day, every day just about. Sorry you have to deal with pain but that's up to higher powers.

Take a dose of Tums, maybe some Tylenol or Ibuprofen and get some rest. If the pain goes away, don't worry about it.
If it doesn't go away in a day or two, call your doctor.
