I know why because I have the game and If you have the Via telescope he could have got abducted by aliens and they inplanted a alien baby inside of him or he could just have gotten fat.Turst me its happend to my adult male sim and when he had the baby it was green.

Your male Sim is pregnant. When looking through the telephone (usually at night) your Sim can indeed get abducted and taken onto an alien spaceship for a number of hours (Sim hours). After that he is dropped back home dazed and confused, with no idea that he is now the proud daddy (or is that mommy???) of a little creature that's out of this world!

Hes getting fat. If you read the box it says that you have to keep up with the sims weight/fitness. Get him on an exercise machine and keep him eating healthy.

ahhahahaha. thats funny. maybe he was a woman earlier in his life but had surgery to become a man. so he is really a she. ahh!!!!
