Result? We're still in limbo having had our job descriptions rewritten about 12 times and don't mention KSF - aaarrrggghhh!!!!!!!!!!!
Our manager is as p***ed off with it as the rest of as are. I thought that it was a good idea in theory but the practise is proving to be a nightmare.
I will carry on as i don't fancy working for Boots.

Yep, and got upgraded. Although we are now all facing possible redundancy because of overspend.
Support from managers, ha ha, we never see our managers, they're too busy trying to avoid work and decision making.
