They could "Split" altogether for all I care ! I have the Vodaphone Service with my Verizon V-620 Air Card. I have Poor to Non Existent Internet Service most of the Time. I Complained to verizon, and was told it must be My Problem, My Computer, My Web Sites.Like this One. This Problem began when the Local Verizon Store[27530] Opened. I Contacted the Tech. Rep.and was told to do a Disc Cleanup,& Defragmentmentation, & Delete Cookies. Done. No Change. And, I Ran the Verizon/Vodaphone Speed Test, which came out to 14.5 Kilobytes. The Acceptable Minimal level is 115 Kilobytes. I Purchased My Verizon/Vodaphone V-620 Air Card with My Dell 6000 Computer, and I'm Locked into a Contract until Jan. ' 07. The Air Card was $250, Connection $35, and the Monthly Fee is $60, with an Early termination Fee. That's over $1,000 ! Now, Verizon/Vodaphone has Mailed Me a very Nasty New Customer Agreement, which I did not Sign, Stating that Verizon/Vodaphone can do whatever the Hell They want, and get away with it ! Most of the Time, when I try to get On-Line, I can't ! And, when I finally do, I am frequently Disconnected ! To Send a Lengthy Note like Tthis, I have to do so Late at Night ! Any Other Time, Forget it ! I have E-Mailed, and Complained about this to Verizon/Vodaphone Repeatedly ! They just Ignore Me, and Continue to run Expensive Ads. that I'm Paying for ! Again, I didn't have this Problem until the Local [27530] Goldsboro, N.C. Store Opened. I have been informed that sometime next Year, We will have Full Scale Service, and My Bill will not Increase. That being the Case, I'm Paying for Full Scale Service, and I'm not getting it ! And Vodaphone Stock is Splitting ? Is Anyone Else Reading This getting Poor to Non-Existent Service, and Locked into a Contract ? Maybe a Class-Action Suit is in Order ? It's 5:00 A.M. !
