Try non acetone nail varnish remover, that should do it!

Only two ways, both of which may damage the laminate floor.

Nail Varnish remover (will also damage the varnish)

Chip it off. Best way to chip it off, is cool the varnish for a few hours with an ice pack, or compressed coolent. Will chip off a lot easier.

It may not peel the varnish then.

If the floor varnish is damaged you will have to replace that piece of flooring, or touch it up.

If you use nail polish remover it should get it off once you get the polish off just spray with an all purpose cleaner and wipe and it should be good as new.
