You should really be ashamed of yourself. Illegal contests only bring the legitimate game into disrepute. ALL of my rabbits are under contract and I would only put them into fights that are sanctioned by the British Bunny Boxing Board of Control..
And beware too. I have seen badgers that have had ear surgery entered into non sanctioned bouts as "just a big rabbit" . THATS the sort of cheating we could all do without, Im sure you will agree.
If you find yourself at a rabbit fight and think it may be un sanctioned then ask yourself this.
Are the rabbits owned by pre pubescent girls?
Do they fight under their hutch names?
Are they dressed up in dolls clothes?
If the answer to these questions is yes, then you are most certainly at an IL legal bout.
These tend towards back gardens and wendy houses.
If, however, you are at a pet shop or vets surgery out of hours..with a dozen or more shifty, feckless unshaved men in long coats, all with a big, well nasty looking bunny called Chomper" or something, you are almost certainly at a sanctioned event and, once you have paid your entry fee (normally between four and six cans of spesh) you can enjoy all the best our sport has to offer, safe in the knowledge that everthing possible has been done to ensure contestants safety and religious well being, both before, during and of course after the bloodbath.
Our team of specialists are also on hand throughout the evening to answer any questions you may have on rules, aspects of safety and how to kill a badger with a spoon too.
Finally, I would like to thank our main sponsor for this season....
PETSMART.... the name to trust!
Oh, and as for your winnings.... Have you ever thought about becoming a owner/trainer?
£70 would see you a "geordie nutbar" or a "New Forest Rocky" or similar and your own training mallet, sack and pie tin.
Go on... dont just spectate...Participate!!!
Hope that helped.

Spend it on some new 'Claw Blades' for Foghorn Leghorn. He took a real pasting last time from the Pikey champ.
You people have no idea about animal welfare.

Give it to any animal association.... they'll know what to do with £70.00.
It's a nice thing and you'll feel better about animals.
Or maybe you can buy food for the cats and dogs in your area...if any.
