Some people may play games in the dark (where such crimes are not punished). I have been hurt and I cannot lawfully accused anybody but the damage is done.
What now?

Regardless of what the criminal justice system can do, you often may have a resort in the civil courts as a tort action. Most of the old common law crimes (assault, battery, theft, vandalism) also exist as civil torts (assault, battery, conversion, trespass to chattel).

I don't understand why you think the crime is not punishable by law, because (by definition) it's only a crime if it is punishable by law. Or perhaps the issue is that you cannot lawfully accuse other people because of your involvement, in which case civil court might not be able to help you either.

Whenever your legal rights are at issue, you should consult with a licensed attorney.

If an act is deemed a misdemeanor or a crime but it is not punishable under the law, you can file a complaint narrating the action that was done and file it in the prosecutor's office who should file it in court. The Judge must make a ruling that a crime was committed or make a decision citing a crime which is similar or analogous to act committed.
