Im a housewife and I want something to do and maybe earn alittle money from home without actually having to leave home. We only have one car so Im here at home ALL day. Anyone know of something like that? That is NOT a scam.

Starting your own online business can be great! However, there ARE a lot of scams out there so be very careful when you start out. You can check out http://www.bbb.org/alerts/article.asp?ID=436 they give you the 411 on data entry jobs, envelop stuffing and home assembly work scams.

I tried going to the www.pcworkathome.net site last week and it lead me to a lot of dead ends. They all seemed to be scams in the end that wanted my money.

I did, however, find an international home-based business that works for me. I looked into data entry jobs, but they all wanted you to pay money and most of them involved typing adds. Not what I had in mind. =/ But I really like the business I found. I did the free trial at first so I had time to check it out. I'm glad I did! =) NO cold calling and NO selling soap to friends and family.

You can check out the site at: http://www.automaticbuilder.com/43264/

If this is something you might be interested in I'd be happy to help get you started.

After 3-6 months you can make about $500 a month and after 1 year $1,000 or more a month. And so on. So it's not a get rich quick gimmick, it does take time. But it's steady, long term and residual.

Good Luck!

P.S. There is ABSOLUTLY NO DRIVING. =) I didn't think those jobs sounded appealing either - too hard to do with an infant.

Here is the deal with this one.

There ARE home-jobs(crafts, i.e) availble that are not scams. However, your not going to make a fortune doing them, and never will make enought to replace a hourly wage job.

The best online booklet/site ive seen is
http://www.workathomeincome.com

They check all the entries out, and they update often. Some of the companies even have phone #'s to call. Never do a Self Addressed Stamped envelope unless you do some research first. The site has a $39.99 fee for 6months online access and lists MANY companies..frome doing crafts to programming computers....to choose from.

My wife did a couple craft companies from this site, and DID NOT make ALOT of money, but made some...enought to make it somewhat worth it.

hope this helps--and your NOT going to make money doing Surveys....trust me on this one

I have been working from home with a great company that has been in business for a little over twenty years and have been members in good standing with the BBB ever since they opened their doors. They were also awarded the BBB's Hall of Fame award at the end of 2005. I don't have to host parties, stock, sell or deliver products. I don't even have to worry about collecting any money. I would also like to work from home. This is good question. Some companies offer work from home because they save money for office workers.
Such thing is possible but you have to search well.

You can make some pretty good extra cash doing online surveys. It's free and I've been able to make a little money doing it. Here's the site I use:
