I'm Greek, but don't resemble one. I'd say common though is to be dark haired, olive complexion, very hairy, big Mediterranean eyes, and there's a whole vocabulary of hand movements which accompany all verbal interactions... even through the telephone where no one can see them. I don't know if it's learned behavior (it must be), but I swear it is innate. Italians do it too.
