Cloudy eyes could mean infection, you can get turtle/tortoise eye drops from most pet stores, should help flush them out and keep them clean. If the eyes appear swollen with some sort of discharge, that's generally due to vitamin A deficiency, the drops should help with that, and you should add more vitamin A to the diet.
What kind did you say it was? I've heard of Indian PAINTED roof turtles, Circled Indian tent turtles, South African tent tortoises, brown roof turtles etc... But not "Indian tent roof turtle." Best to research and find out right away what kind he is as diet and care varies greatly from species to species.
If he has stumpy, elephant-like feet, he's a tortoise and needs a shallow area of water that he can easily get in and out of. If his feet are webbed, he needs mostly water with a small land area for basking.
As far as the "pimples" on his legs, I have no idea. They could be cysts or something... Did he have them when you got him? They may just be natural bumpiness on their skin, especially if it's a tortoise. Really it'd be best to take him to the vet about that. They may be able to help more with the eye issue as well. Good luck!

I know absolutely nothing about turtles, so my suggestion would for you to contact the reptile section of the nearest zoo near you, or ask your local vet for the name of a vet who specialises in reptiles.
If they're anything like lizards, they can be very tricky to heal if they are ill....
Good luck

It would help if I knew what kind of turtle it is. Check out this page and find out what you have then you can look up the care info for that turtle. http://www.austinsturtlepage.com

You rescued it from a petshop, now it is dying. Try taking it back and asking them for help.
