You need to find factors of 2 and 6 that add to give you 1. Not too difficult...-1 and 2 (both factors of 2 and 6) should suffice. -1 + 2 = 1. Or if you prefer, 2 - 1 = 1.

So (2x + 1)(3x - 2) works nicely.
