Yes, Pre-ejaculate fluid can contain sperm and cause pregnancy. Sorry to be so clinical but, YES, YOU CAN GET PREGNANT BEFORE HE COMES.
They're are plenty of other SAFE ways to enjoy yourself and please each other, I'm sure you both can come up with some fun ideas! (Definitely more fun than changing a baby at 4:30 in the morning).
And don't listen to the people answering that are makin fun, it's good you ask. Diseases are another thing you really have to learn about. They can ruin your day big time and much worse. If using the withdrawal method there is about a 25% failure rate. Mainly because pre-ejaculation contains millions of sperm and the exact moment of ejaculation can not always be determined, especially after a couple of drinks. If this was to happen around the time of ovulation, conception could occur.

No unprotected sex until you're married, and know your partner's history... it's safer, plus what if you do get pregers and contract a serious STD such as Hep B/C or HIV? The child will most likely be infected, 99% surety of that.

yes you can, When a man gets excited just like a woman we both tend to get a little wet. Unfortunately a guys excitement can be enough to get you pregnant. My friend is going through this, and shes due in January.

YES! Guys pre release semen while they have sex one or more times, and it is enough to get you pregnant, so get condoms or the pill or whatever, but dont do it like that. (you can get them free at organizations like planned parenthood and stuff, look for one in your neighborhood)

yes there could be possibility, even if you use condom there is still 99% possibilty to get pregnant, what more if it is unprotected sex.
