My daughter won't sleep in her own bed and the cat won't get off the couch... so I am screwed until I fall asleep on the floor next to my "so called bed"

Can't sleep due to crying... I had a car acciden't on the way back home from a friends house- I hit and killed a dog that ran in front of my car.
I can't stop crying and obsessing over what I did.
