yes but look at how much money the government waste on non-sense,they made the laws and the money should be used to help the needy

yes some should be given to red cross & charity to reduce poor living.it will help to feed, clothe and shelter people in need and provide some medical assistance.many people are living on minimum wageges or in dependance of some NGO'S or charity for food and financial assistance.but with these monies it can make a big difference in their lives. some should go towards programmes to educate youths so that they can stay away from the drug arena because they are the future leaders of society.the remainder should stay with the gov't to help fight drug pushers before they do additional damage to the society.

Laws provide for the disposition of money made from drug bust. In order that it be channeled to charity, make a formal letter to the legislators to sponsor a bill for your idea for money from drug busts to be donated for charity.

If the money used to combat drugs was used to educate instead of fight, we wouldn't have this problem to begin with.

I don't know if it would be more fair, it should be spent on the means to stop more drug rings.
