Yes, dreadful. How can this go on?
'A fool gives vent to his anger, but a wise man keeps himself under control'- that's okay, so long as you don't end up becoming a jaded do-nowt. Mind you, if you do nothing all may be accomplished...
'Don't believe everything you hear coming out of Lebanon'- sure, there may be propaganda issues, but even so, those guys are killing an awful lot of Lebanese over damned little provocation. The roots of this conflict do go back a long way, but the Israelis could show a lot more restraint. They're targetting civilians! Isn't that a war crime? and they can't say precisely say it's an accident. 'Whoops, I've invaded your country and massacred your people... sorry about that.' Doesn't wash.
'I hope Israel stamp out this menace, and I fully support their actions. You can't make an omelette without breaking a few eggs.'
What a blase response. Even if they did wipe out all the Hizbollah in this putsch, for every one they kill in this manner they plant a seed of hatred in hundreds of hearts. Israel must be able to survive without this mad-dog behaviour.

That's what happens when cowards like Hizballah use innocent civilians as human shields. It is a very ugly situation, but everyone seems to condemn Israel vice the Hizballah fighters using refugee camps, hospitals, and apartment buildings as fighting positions. Remember, Hizballah places its leadership's residence and offices buildings deep inside residential areas in order to be able to make claims about the death of innocent children and women in press. What about Israeli civilians being killed by the rockets Hizballah keeps firing into residential areas. You don't see Hizballah targeting military bases do you? I don't agree with everything Israel does either, but Hizballah is just as much at fault. The problem is the Israelis think this is going to help, when all it does is turn more and more people against them. Don't stay angry, focus on the problem objectively and start writing point papers directed at your Congressman, Senators, and the government. Try to get your writings recognized and speak out on it as much as you can, just make sure you don't let your anger control your speech. Good Luck and I hope you find a way to make your point heard...

Well, they have been trying their best to avoid civilians. There's a thing called 'fog of war' and unfortunately things like this can happen.
It's a shame that the Hezbollah fighters hide next to civilians, fire their rockets from peoples homes and act without the consent of the people.
It's a shame they are now reaping what was sown. Israel has shown a lot of patience in tolerating multiple rocket attacks every day, and they have a duty by their people to save their own soldiers from ruthless, bloodthirsty, terrorists.
I hope Israel stamp out this menace, and I fully support their actions. You can't make an omelette without breaking a few eggs.

A total disgrace....I have just signed an online petition because I don't know what else I can do. How can two wrongs make a right?
My heart goes out to all of those innocent people...shame on the Israelis.

They've been doing this for years - that's why the Palastinians are so angry! But what do you expect from a morally bankrupt state which is funded from the zionists in Washington. No-one can stop it because the Americans won't let them in case it upsets their financial backers. Disgusting.

Name your news source or are you just making it up. Israel does not need to explain any of its action to anybody - the time has past - the dangers threatening their peace and security must be wiped out... at any cost!!! I'm so angry with fictional news dreamt up by irresponsible people with little or no morals.

who the hell said that hizboallah targets schools and hospitals. this is totally wrong and a lie. israel is the one that targets the schools as happened yesterday in a city that used to have over 60,000 popultaion and now 5,000 is what is left and the rest left the city to save their lives.
as for the refugee camp, nothing new. we are used to this remmber Sabra, Shatila, and Qana in both 1996 and 2006

Hezbollah hits Israeli school and hospital! How low can they get? To quote General Sherman in 1864, War is Hell.
