Most people try to claim that looks mean nothing when they are looking to date someone, but I don't know of many people that would date someone without ever having seen them. The main reason for this is cause the people may not be telling the truth bout themselves. It is best to have seen at least a picture and even at that dont trust completely that it is a picture of the person your talking to.

sure...always come prepared though. bring a cell phone so you can have one of your friends call you in the middle of the date just in case he or she is not to your liking. you can say "sorry an emergency got to go!" also, make sure someone knows where you are going, and make sure you meet in a well poulated area. there are some crazy a** people out there. just have fun and let them down politely if you don't like them.

Ok think of it this way, when you are at a party and see someone from a distance do you think how much u want 2 know them or how fine they are? Looks are overpowering, so NO.
