Yes, even a positive remark can be racist, because it judges people by race.
Maybe you meant "culture", but even then I cannot agree with you. No culture is superior to another. A culture is the way a group of people adapt to their environment as it is at that given moment. Change the environment anywhere and the culture will change. However, such a change comes very, very slowly. So it is not difficult to imagine that certain cultures did not change fast enough to face new challenges, causing severe problems and clashes with other cultures. On the other hand some cultures are very flexible and change rapidly. Maybe the Chinese culture is like that and that is probably why you consider it "superior".

I am Chinese but I don't think we are the most superior race.
No race should be superior, not to mention the "most" superior.

Chinese aren't a "race," they're just from China. There are multiple ethnicities within China. Also, this isn't really a question, but a statement with incorrect punctuation at the end of it.

Everything is relative,and in this day and age I can certaintly see ur point.It used to be the whiteman,but we evolved a fatal flaw that now threatens to wipe us out!In any event I tend to agree that in the here and now the chinese man is trump..alot of people will take the high ground and say every one is equal,they'll call me ignorant when in truth there own ignorance blinds them from the reality at hand.

I will not say that they are superior, but they are hard working people. If they want something they will do everything to make it happens.
