You can try the France Yellow pages to find the person, but i am not sure whether it has email address in it

If the person is in US, you can use google phone book to search for the person by giving first name lastname city state in the google search

I am afraid, on net, you wont be able to find out !
Look at local classifieds in France Papers. In case she puts any advertisement, your chances of finding her are more.
The best way is: mail (normal post, I mean) her requesting for her email ID.

there is no way. the only way is call her with a calling card and ask her E-mail adress
