my dad calls police..says he found drugs... dhs,cops,and parents search ramsack and destroy my house ..my house was messy .not dangerous ...untill after search. they took my kids , got to see them for about 15 mins the next day then i was not aloud to see them for a week court date ,,thats 7 days ...4 days is the longest Maliah (my 3year old) had ever been away from me .my son Phillip age 7 had went on spring break with his dads parents for 6 days before ...I WANT MY BABIES HOME

if they came and searched your home and took the babies...there had to be a legitimate reason.i'm not a perfect housekeeper but it's not so dirty that they would take my kids from me
try cleaning up your house and keeping it that way...you sound like you really care for ur kids...let these feelings show to the judge and do everything they say to do....then try to be forgiving of the ones who called on you but keep your house clean and stay away from the troublemakers

It sounds like your dad is the crooked one, not the system. They are doing what they can to invesigate and protect your kids. If they didn't act they could be found negligent. If nothing is wrong you will get your kids back.

All starts with you... You have a choice.. drugs or your children.. Clean yourself up then your house.. Goto drug rehab.. stay with the program.. Show you are making effort. Find new friends.

I would get a lawyer.DHS doesn't have to answer to anyone so they get away with everything.They can even make stuff up. GET A LAWYER

if they turn out to have reason to do what they did,then do something about it,do whatever it takes.. if they were wrong then fight them all the way sister!
