Sipix iQuest DualCam not picking up image?

i'm unable to get my camera to work. no image appears.

1. make sure the batteries are fresh and working. take them out of a device that DOES work to be sure.
2. Make sure you have them inserted correctly.
3. Read the Manual. Go through step by step and dont skip ANY steps.
4. return it to the place you bought it.
