The heart wants what the heart wants... when it wants it! A new love may not follow you schedule so you can put the date it may happen for you into a planner. Sometimes love is not always a thing that you can predict! If you are just recovering from a relationship gone wrong, sometimes, if possible I think it's best to wait, and take your time to make sure the person you fall for is really the "RIGHT" person, and not just the "RIGHT NOW!" person.
Good luck, and I hope if you want to love again, you will guard your heart while any old hurts may still be unhealed. (Try not to bring any "old baggage" with you when you go to your new love! In the meantime, if you are free, there is no problem with checking out the available candidates. Have fun!

you can never tell when to fall inlove again coz it just happens even if it is over or not. so if you ever feel it go for it and follow your heart.
