Say i were to have a live-in nanny specifically for the baby. He's 3 months old. The nanny will only be responsible for the baby and assisting with only baby needs, sometimes along with us as part of the family. She's not gonna be doing any housekeeping or cooking or anything of that sort.
She's not gonna be paying rent cuz she'll live wit us...so how much per month is decent??
Thank you!!

I Get to know that u have some difficulty in making decision in term of money. This is the common problem faces by new employer if they don’t or do have knowledge in business.

First of all you need to make some survey what is the market price for nannies. How much they get paid and what are the job function for them. How to do survey? It’s very easy just get to know from neighbors by talking about general nannies or any hot news about nanny from newspaper. But don’t ever tell your neighbor that you want to hire a nanny and you don’t know how much to pay for nanny. Why?
Because human especially neighbors have some fluctuating set of mind where…they may give a fast answer (I’m not sure) if they know you r going to be employer.

After the survey, you fix a lower price than the market. Then you offer them with the low pay. When they interest to take it….than later you increase to the market price and it depend of your relation with her, her relation with your family and her job performance…how much she care of your baby.

So good luck!
Bye

Every part of the country is different. If I were you, I would call local employment agencies and ask what the pay would be in that situation.

Put your self in her shoes... if you were going to be a nanny, how much do you think you should get paid?
