Eye contact, handshake before with an introduction, and after the interview thanking the potentional employer for the time to interview, staying focused, fresh and clean and nicely dressed, never spraying on too much perfume or cologne , a good listener, short answers that impress, relaxed and not being bored to death.
Always thanking the employer for the opportunity to have that interview.
