It's should be in system tools if you have windows, and most computers do, regardless whether it's a laptop, or desktop :)

depends on the laptop you should have a disc for this with everything including windows on it just insert into drive and start you laptop nomally everything will be erased and the system will be set to as you bought it easy
back up important documents first

hit f8 upon booting before the windows logo pops up. then it'll ask if you want to restore. just fallow the instrutions from there.
