My observation is:

Many people do not know the differences among their ideas on different things.

Am I correct?

Let's look at it..

- people do know the difference among their own ideas and thoughts.. this seems to be true, otherwise all our thoughts would look the same, which we know, they are not.

- people have thoughts on different things

- so yes, people probably do know the differences among their own ideas.. even ideas on 'different things'.
