My Quick answer is "NO"
Okay but this question is asled alottttttttttt. PS1 is not fully compatible in any OS. Its an emulator and not an fully functioning emulator at that. only a few games work at all and many crash and lock up, but most dont even work.
I would love (LOVE) for there to be one that worked. My #1 choice for console games is PS. But give it a few more years and maybe there will be some to come.

Yes there is, it is the ePSXe, I know there are lots of copies around the web, try browsing www.epsxe.com or try typing ePSXe on the web browsers such as yahoo, on configuring your ePSXe, well thats a different question...
