May of this year I went to CA, with my bf. Well I got put on Birth control, and they told me not to have sexual intercourse for 2 weeks. Well we didn't wait for 2 weeks, and at the end of the 2 weeks i was suppose to take a pregnancy test. Well I didn't and ever since then my periods are no longer than 4 days long.{I only took the pillsfor 3 weeks,} but now I havebeen using thebathroom alot,{unusual} at night I can't sleep, also I have been hungry alot more, and in themorning I get sick, but just like it comes up in my mouth, not like hanging over the toilet sick. But I don't know if I am pregnant, last year we had sexual interactions with no protection and never did I get pregnant, but we both want kids.So do to you think i am pregnant?

You could be, especially if your periods were irregular before you started taking the Pill.
If you might be PG, you need to stop taking the Pill NOW, and get to a doctor.

My sister was 2-3 months along before she knew she was PG, because she had irregular periods and didn't start with morning sickness right away.

It's possible but I would say unlikely. For some women, they have shorter periods when on birth control. Before I started taking bc, I had pretty long periods and I've been on bc almost 4 years now and the whole time I've been on it my periods are only about 4 days. Some of the other symptoms are very common especially when you first start bc. When I first started bc, I had nausea, I gained about 10 pounds, my breasts were tender, I had mood swings, cravings, a whole bunch of side effects but the good news is for me, they side effects wore off after a few months. Most of the women I know had some side effects from bc, but it's a little different for each woman. Just to be safe, I would take a pregnancy test to be sure but I think there's a good chance you're not pregnant.

PMS indicators and being pregnant symptons are insanely comparable! It kinda sucks in a fashion because of the fact in case you're TTC you will get your hopes up each and each month thinking you're preggers yet basically finally end up being indicators of AF on her way. We basically ought to go through and wait it out until eventually at last its time to take that try! i'm no longer able to attend...i'm 6 DPO!

Actually, I know a girl who was pregnant and had her period throughout the pregnancy. I've heard quite a few stories about that happening... In her case, it was kind of hereditary. Her mother and sister had the same thing happen.

my roomate and i actually had a miscarriage but before that we did get our periods, i dunno about her but mine was shorter and not as bad as usual. i was getting natious and sick for no reason out of nowhere. we were both on the pill and she got this brown discharge that turned much redder like a week before she was supposed to have her period. then it finally ended and she had her real period. so i would say there is a good chance you can be, its very possible to get your period when your pregnant, especially when you're on BC cuz your body is used to losing a little bit of blood at the end of the pills.
