What's the funniest thing you've ever sent in the mail?

My friend once received a coconut in the mail. The person who sent it to her had just written the address and stuck the postage on it and sent it on its merry way. I didn't know the postal service would deliver such non-traditional mail, but I think it's really cool. I'm trying to think of something equally creative to send my friend who recently moved. Anyone had any success sending funny things?
