I LIVE IN ST.LOUIS AND IT'S PRETTY HIGH, HOUSES THAT WERE WORTH 80 TO 90 THOUSAND ARE NOW LIKE 105-120 THOUSAND. UNLESS YOU BUY A FIXER UPPER, THOSE ARE STILL KINDA HIGH THOUGH, CHECK OUT HOUSES THAT HAVE BEEN FORCLOSED ON.
