I am just cleaning my kitchen and found some, so what all am I suppose to throw away.

They are definitely fruit flies, and I don't see any sign of them in my dry products.

you can throw away everything and still have fruit flies
ps .the live in garbage too
just be patient and they will eventually be gone..they are seasonal

No those would be weevils if they look like beetles or there is a nasty little moth that gets into dry products, weaves little webs that it lays its eggs in and then these gross little caterpillars hatch.
Sometimes the eggs of weevils are already in the products when you bring them home from the store. If you put the boxes in the freezer for a day or so, it kills the eggs so that you never have to see any bugs!

You need to ask your local council about fruit fly erriadication policies. These flies usually attack fruit such as oranges and tomatoes, not dry products.

I dont know but in the future put bay leaves in your dry goods.
