Do you like Abercrombie, Hollister and American Eagle but don't want to pay mall prices?
I don't know what town you're in but you should look up the Plato's Closet near you. There are over 150 stores around the country.
They're a unique recycling retail store just for teens and young adults (girls junior sizes 00-15/16 and guys waist sizes 28-38/40) — they buy and sell the latest looks in gently used clothing and accessories from the hottest names, including Abercrombie etc.
It's not your typical resale store. And if you need some cash, go through your overflowing closet and bring in your cool stuff. They pay you cash on the spot for the items we can sell.
If you shop there you'll get a lot of clothes for a little cash!

Ross, MArshalls, Wal Mart, Target, Old Navy. Oh also try thrift stores Good Will, Salvation Army. You can find just about anything at them. I personally prefer Goodwill because the prices are really cheap so you could get the most for your money. The only thing about all of the places I listed id you will have to go through each item one by one especially in thrift stores, marshalls and Ross as each item is different and might not be in the right place. Have fun shopping!! Good luck with school!

Try Old Navy/Ross/Marshalls clearance, they have clothes that are 3 dollars and up. With 100 dollars, you can probably buy 5-6 good outfits. 4-5 counting shoes. Since youre entering high school, you really dont need to worry about "cool" clothes, high schoolers usually dont care how you dress because there are so many types of styles, as long as you dont show up in a turtleneck and plaid skirt, you'll be fine.

TJ Maxx is great! I just bought 2 pair of jeans, a sweater, hoodie, and 3 long sleeve t's all American Eagle brand there for $100.00.
Stay away from Abercrombie the average price of one pair of jeans there is $75.00 and a t-shirt for $29.50, I went there Sunday!
I don't know where you live but see if you have a Gabriel Brothers close they have great, brand name clothing like Hollister and Abercrombie for under $20.00 most of the time but make sure you check out all the pieces closely because sometimes they have flaws. Good Luck!!!

I would DEFINITELY recommend TJ Maxx or Marshalls. I'll tell you why:
Yesterday, I walked in TJ Maxx (btw, TJ & Marshalls are the same, just different names) and found a whole slew of American Eagle clothes: jeans, shirts, polos, henleys, long-sleeved shirts, and jackets even! All for a really affordable price. Really, TJ & Marshalls carry a lot of brand name clothes for considerably less than the actual stores themselves.
For example, I got a pair of jeans for 16 dollars that, looking at the old price tag, originally retailed for 40.
And if American Eagle Outfitters is not your style, they also carry:
-Nautica
-Polo (Ralph Lauren)
-Express
-Hurley
-SouthPole
-Union Bay
-Rocawear
-Nike
-Adidas
-Reebok
...and quite a few others!

Check out the clearance racks at Target and other stores. In season clothes are already reduced because fall and winter clothes are in stock. Also, check out Kohls, Chadwicks and JCPenney.com clearance sections.
