I nned some advice my boyfriend is about to leave me due to lack of sex due to a medical condition that the drs can not get under control , I am thinking of going to a homeopathic or naturlist for help and then i can not even move at work , my boss is yelling and picking at me on all mistake even if i did not do the mistake he brings it to my attention . then i have a person going to write me up for harrassment at work and i did not do anything alli did was stand up to that person to tell them that they was wrong .

What should i do ? Management will not listen to anyone

Get in touch with the NLRB...National Labor Relations Board....it will be listed in most major cities or find it on the web for your area.

It sounds like you are not only in a toxic work environment, you are in a toxic relationship.

A good realationship should be able to outlast a medical problem, even when it happens to impede sex. Would you leave him in 20 years when he can't get it up?

A good management team should be able to listen to their employees, and should understand that there may be extenuating circumstances effecting your performance, especially if you've had to take a medical leave recently.

My advice is that neither is worth your time or energy. Find a more supportive mate, and a more supportive work envirnment.
