It could be only a hormonal misregulation due to your overdosing. If you don't stop taking the pills your endometrium is not going to fall (that is, you are not going to have regular menses).
Anyway, about pregnancy, any contraception method is 100% secure. If you have doubts (before taking more pills), try with a blood pregnancy test (it is safer that urine tests).

wait a little more sometimes it's normal if it gets delayed for a week or two depending on your stress level and normal body routine
craving is also normal before having period, it happens to me both, the craving and the brown like dark brown blood as pre-mens and then after a day or two it eventually comes out

It can happen. Happened to my best friend. Take a test, better to know now so you can get ready for it if you are pregnant.
Since you're on birth control, I'm guessing you didn't intend to be pregnant, so best wishes that it's just a fluke!

with birth control it actually makes your body act like it is pregnant so you dont get pregnant. but you should take a test just to be safe.

if you took an antibiotic your birth controle will not work but if your period started then you should be fine
