its true in the phillipine alone especially third world countries like singapore, thailand , uk , russia,africa in some other countries women are the best in everything women outnumbered men in jobs,school,salary,education

I'm not sure how you've gotten to these conclusions, but I know for a fact that women do not get higher salary then men, I would doubt that they're more easily employed, and men still rule the business world. There have been studies saying that women are doing better in school, but regardless, men still control everything past it. There is something called the "glass ceiling," where women can see the upper levels of a company or other types of hierarchy but can't breach it.

In the end, I hope your mistaken views are because there are many successful women around you - but it's not the case everywhere.

It is all a matter of culture for all of your questions. Right now women aren't the ones ridiculed for getting good grades men are. They are also given quotas and they have the advantage of sex appeal when it comes to a job. Neurologically men are superior as they tend cluster higher on the IQ spectrum on average and are better at specialization. Basically to avoid wasting my time with a long explanation, women are more "successful" because they have it easier. But I think that your assumption is unfounded and just plain wrong as the most powerful sex is male. I mean look at the business, political, and scientific leaders of the world. They also get paid more on average. I mean sure the women get higher grades. That is just because the good female students are more likely to do homework in groups and the bad female students just sleep with their professors. Also if you look at what is happening in the media, men are being discriminated against. As I said before it is only the American Culture which shows this since we persecute males here. Shame isn't it.

None of these accusations have been consistent in my experience. The graduating valedictorian at my high school was male, I (a male) get paid the highest salary at a job consisting of about 10 males and 20 females, I have been hired at every job that I've ever applied for, I was promoted quickly.

However, I have often seen women equally treated so far as these accusations go.

Generally speaking : Women don't easily fall into the trap of relying only on the visual aspect of things.
We realize there is more to life then meets the eye.
We don't allow for aggression, arrogance and illogical thought to rule our minds.
Women try to unite the physical, spiritual, intellectual and emotional and are mocked by the male population. The few men that have tried to unite the physical, spiritual, intellectual and emotional have been revered as leaders or Gods (Buddha, Jesus, Mohammed).
Men are, too often of the time, soley focused on the intellectual and the physical. They are focused on what geniuses they can be and literally think that "two heads are better than one" while they stroke their desires and think of how smart they are because of it and how it will get them ahead in the world. They are focused on what they view to be eye candy, what eye candy does to them or how physicalities make men and women different while not concentrating on what makes us similar. This is because alot of them leave the emotional and spiritual similarities out of it. Men who are in love are considered to be
"p ussy whipped" and are mocked. Even men who are nurturing to their children are seen as a lost cause. You have, quite literally, done this to yourselves.
Until men stop relying more on "what meets the eye" and whose mind is viewed as being more superior, then women will still be mocked and oppressed, we will still be angry and you will still be asking these irrelevant and fictional questions about us.
