The birth of my children....I remember thoose days fondly...and painfully too.

Children - especially aged two to four - and extra especially my own son and daughter, of course even aged 40's; and twin grandchildren, talkative boy and caring girl now aged 12; and another grandchild, golden haired boy aged three. But really, any children while they are open and unselfconsciously just themselves (and I see that in even older folk when they are least aware). I think most of us are always children, somewhere deep, and it's the best part. Unless we've been damaged too badly when young - and then we're pitiful, which enlists compassion and softens the "bad" to a degree. I don't think there are any "bad" children; only incapable (i.e. damaged) parents and there's a lot of that about. You only have to look at the world, and weep.

The movie Life is Beautiful. EVERYBODY must watch it. It breaks my heart and rebuilds it from start to finish.
Also, an Oprah episode where Oprah allows two Rwanda refugees that came to America about 10 years ago? to meet their parents. Oprah actually sent their family to the studio to see the two girls! I have never been so touched. It was the second episode of Elie Wiesel's visit on Oprah
