Read any book written by Nicholas Spark! He is the writer of The Notebook (fyi just in case you didn't know) All his novels are great romance stories!!!

One of the best I have ever read is a book called Sophie's Heart by Janet Oke. But I love the Abram's daughter series by Beverly Lewis too. Once u read one u want to read them all!!!!!

My fav book is called The Last Valentine. Its about a couple who fall in love. The man goes off to war and never comes back. The woman moves on gets married and has kids. One day her daughter who is now older comes across letters to her mom from someone who was in a war, which was her moms first love. I promise u will love it.

Gone With The Wind is good.

If you like historical fiction with romance...try Eugenia Price. I loved 'Savannah.'

Mara Daughter of The Nile. I forget who it's by but this is one of those "can't put down" romance stories, but not at all skanky :) a definite "summer read" :)
