well, yes...
when you cry, there must be a reason, even if the reason is as petty as loosing a hairstrand....
if you cry out of sadness. well you cried because of the reason of sadness, if you cry to ease depression, you cried because of the reason of depression...there must always be a reason...get me?
well if your laughing then suddenly you just cried, you don't know why....that's a bad sign,

No. Crying is a good outlet for emotional build up. Kind of like taking a dump.

no not at all, its absolutely normal to feel sad becuse of no reason and to feel happy because of the same, i read this in a book and also if youve read the book men are from mars and women are from venus, even it says that women have mood swings and there may not be a reason for it, even i feel the same but not very often.
