ipod nano -- 4gb?

i bought an ipod nano - 4gb but need help, please. where can i change the order in which the songs play...at the mo it plays ... 1 2 3 4 5,etc etc but i would like it to be played in random - 1 6 36 69 5, etc etc.

can somebody please help me???

go to the menu/settingd...set it to shuffle songs

look in the settings menu.. and you will see shuffle or random...
